The People

The owners of the company are Karl and Lisa Kuhwald.

Karl has a vast amount of experience within the property sector. He graduated with a HND in Building Construction in 1993 and then Estate Management BSc Hons in 1995. After graduating Karl worked in the residential property market as an estate agent and then in property acquisition and management, before starting his own business in 1998. He has worked in London, Staffordshire and Manchester.

Lisa graduated in 1993 and has previously worked as a teacher then in sales and recruitment.  She joined Floorspace as a full-time employee in 2003 and heads the finance and accounts departments.

Our Property Manager is Russell Hazell. Russell is a former tenant, when he was studying Law at The University of Manchester and he crossed over to join our team after graduating in 2008. A sure sign of good relations between Floorspace and our tenants!
